The old medical centre next to the Post Office - I think this has been closed for some time. Clearly, the owner is not too keen on cleaning it up.

Another tag on the other side. The Ray White office itself is clean, probably due to the lack of easily taggable surfaces - Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) in action. If I was the Ray White office manager though, I'd be having a chat to the owners of the properties on either side and asking them to do a clean up.
