This Girl Guide's Hall in Montague Park is visible from the road as you drive around Henley Marine Drive. The side facing the road is fine - the side facing the park is a mess.
I honestly have no idea who to approach about this. I will give the Guide's a go, but I am not sure if they are still operating our of this hall or not.
Even this boat, parked on the road next to the hall, has been tagged.
