I've used the online form on the Strathfield Council website to report these three abandoned cars in the one street. Having a flat tyre is a good way to draw attention.
There appear to be at least three abandoned cars in Hillcrest St. One is a Charade, another a dark blue toyota and the third a Mazda 323. The rego on all of them has expired, and two have a flat tyre. The registrations are:

AJ 38 NV
TT T7 60
