In contrast to some other government agencies and utilities, the RTA search engine returns a lot of hits for graffiti.  

The RTA commitment to service offers this:

Graffiti will be removed from RTA bridge abutments, piers, noise walls and buildings within the following time frames:

• Offensive graffiti - within 48 hours
• Non offensive graffiti - within one month
