I rang Canada Bay Council yesterday about this tag at the Kokoda Track Memorial. Because it is private property, Council can't clean it without the permission of the owner.
I did 1 minute of Googling this morning and found a contact name and number for the walkway - I left a message for the Honourary Secretary and hopefully she will be able to take care of it.
